- 1 Lemon
- 2 Tablespoons Argane oil
- 6 Strands of fresh chives
- Espelette Chili
Open the oysters and empty the water.Preheat your oven to 190 °c.
Prepare a sauce with a lemon juice, the Argane oil, the finely chopped chives and the chili of Espelette.
For a little mixture on each oyster. Add some breadcrumbs.Bake in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes and then finish a minute under the grill.
